Cancellation Policy

PERMANENT MAKEUP POLICIES ------------------------ BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICIES Locked Ink and Beauty Studio warmly thanks you for your interest! Please take note of my company policies prior to making your appointment.  
PAYMENT POLICY:

 1. Preferred payment is with Interac E- Transfer and is due within 12 hours of making your appointment OR Online Credit Card Payment is due upon booking. Otherwise, the spot will be released back into the system for other clients to use.

 2. Specific payment instructions will be disclosed to you upon your booking. 3. Once you submit payment, you have SEALED your appointment and are bound by the Cancellation Policy, outlined on this page. 
4. Costs listed for your appointment include ONE initial session. Touchup payment is separate, IF needed (about 40% of clients need it).  
***DISCLAIMER: Infrequently, a client may require more than the initial session and complimentary touchup in order to achieve optimal results. This is rare, but it IS a possibility, especially in cases where prior tattooing/permanent-makeup was done or other corrections are required of the skin's starting point. If that is what is needed/desired in your case, additional appointment fees will be charged. 5. RETURN CLIENTS: Permanent-makeup is not a traditional tattoo; it is meant to last 1-3 years, on average. Therefore, annual refresh sessions are recommended in order to keep your color and shape vibrant. CANCELLATION POLICY:

**The following policies ensure respect for my time is demonstrated. Thank you for understanding!** 1. If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please give 48 hours notice. Your Booking payment was a non-refundable deposit. 2. If you are a “no-show” to your appointment, there are no refunds.
 3. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be considered a “no-show.”

 ( You MUST call or text and let me know you are running behind to avoid cancelling your appointment if I can make it possible based on my schedule) 4. Rescheduling within 48 hours is only allowed ONE time, needing to reschedule a second time will result in forfeiture of your payment.
